Brian Ng officially launched Community Creamery in the summer of 2023. However, the inspiration came to Brian as early as 2013 when he received inspiration for it during his time in seminary. He envisioned a missional hospitality venture whose primary purpose focused on serving the community through the medium of ice cream. Over the 10 years before Community Creamery actualized, Brian had been accumulating unhealthy amounts of commercial ice cream equipment in his home, garage and storage units along with honing the flavors that would become some of our most popular offerings. We hope to grow so that we can continue to spread joy.
