Community Creamery exists to serve, and support the community through hospitality and ice cream. This missional venture has been brewing for over seven years since Brian Ng’s seminary days. In pursuit of this vision, he attended ice cream school, experimented with countless flavors, and even acquired an ice cream truck, which he affectionally named the Milk and Honey Truck.

For the past, few summers, Brian and his family partnered with various community organizations to deliver a taste of heavenly sweetness at events. The truck served classic treats and brought communities together in a socially-distanced way since the the pandemic. Now, he is excited to showcase his own handcrafted ice cream.
