All that Jazz
A crowd favorite. Jasmine tea leaves are cold-brewed in our base before turning it into ice cream. Jasmine tea is normally green tea scented with jasmine flowers, which imparts its distinctive floral aromatic character with the freshness of green tea. In Chinese, it is aptly called “fragant flakes” (香片).

Kabocha
The sight of pumpkins convey the autumn season. Kabocha is a type of Japanese pumpkin with a green rind and bright orange flesh. Known to be a great health food, we roasted it whole to caramelize its natural sugars and then mixed in our base to churn out a custardy textured ice cream.
